Ingredients for 4 people:½ a kg of potatoes 2 eggs 3 garlic cloves Olive oil Parsley Salt Preparation:Boil the potatoes with the skins on in a saucepan of water. When they are ready, leave them to cool and then peel them. Cut them into thick slices and batter them with beaten egg. Fry them in a frying pan with very hot olive oil. When they are cooked, put them in a tray with a mixture of crushed garlic, parsley, salt and some drops of the oil from the pan where you fried the potatoes. Heat this all up in the oven and serve very hot. | ||||
